Introduction |

Gujarat Center for Good Governance has been principally set-up vide GAD GR.No.TLM-102005-1247-ARTD-3 dated:4th March 2006 by Government of Gujarat initially as an autonomous unit of SPIPA. The Center is engaged in research, evaluation, documentation and Specialised training. |

Functions of Gujarat Center for Good Governance |

Study Good Governance practices and projects of different states and also at international level |

To study Good Governance practices and projects at the state level and do its documentation |
 |
Wide publicity and broadcasting of Good Governance through out the state |
 |
Develop a network of different organizations and people working in the field of Good Governance in such a way that they are mutually benefited |
 |
Organize Seminars,Conferences,Workshops and Trainings on Good Governance |
 |
Prepare a web portal on Good Governance |
 |
Study different best practices done in Good Governance and then to prepare and implement an award scheme for those working towards the actualization of Good Governance. |
