The Center has three well equipped class rooms- 2 A. C. class room with a capacity of Fifty trainees per Class & One A. C. Computer Lab containing 24 Computers. The Center is having three LCD Projectors and other required facilities for the training purpose.

Secretariat Training Centre offers Training Programmes covering a broad spectrum of subjects for the class III & IV employees of the Secretariat. Main focus is on capacity building in EDP courses and computer competency, besides foundation courses for Departmental Examination purposes. Based on requests and emerging Training need, the Centre conducts customized programmes as per the demand made by the concerned governments authority.

Information Technology has become the cutting edge for efficient and reliable e-governance services, looking to the Government of Gujarat's policy. the Center has been providing the services for CCC+ Training and Examination to the Offices of Gandhinagar.

Constantly upgrading the infrastructural facilities, the centre provides good environment for learning to the participants.

Library:A well maintained library is housed in the centre for use of the Pre and In service Training including preparation for examinations

Centre is willing to undertake training need of different organizations and prepare specific courses to meet the requirement. the centre will be at your service to design specific courses for your organization.


For CCC+ Training and Direct Examination schedule will be decided and will follows rules and regulation prescribed by the SPIPA and Government of Gujarat.


You are requested to forward the nomination of employees, which should be duly signed by the authority before three days of the commencement of the respective course and the concerned candidate should report on the Scheduled Training Day at 9.30 am at Secretariat Training Centre, Gandhinagar. Fees will be charged as per the guideline of the SPIPA, Ahmedabad.
